Payment & Pricing

All prices displayed on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Full payment, including any applicable shipping charges, must be received and successfully cleared before your order can be processed and dispatched.

If your payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise remains unpaid for any reason, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or cancel your order;
• Withhold the dispatch of your goods; and/or
• Recover any fees, costs, or charges incurred by us as a result of the failed payment.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Mastercard
• PayPal
• American Express

If you choose to use a third-party payment provider, you agree to comply with their applicable terms and conditions. These payment services are provided independently of The Artisans Valley, and we are not responsible for any loss, issue, or delay arising from the use of their services.

Online Orders

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability displayed on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, from time to time, errors or inaccuracies may occur.

Submitting an order through our Website does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed once we have processed your order and issued an order confirmation.

If an error is identified relating to pricing, product information, or stock availability, we reserve the right to cancel or decline your order. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to discuss the available options, which may include:

• Confirming your order at the correct price;
• Selecting an alternative product;
• Delaying the dispatch of your order; or
• Receiving a full refund.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, any payment received will be refunded to your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, special offers, or coupon codes.

Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply:

• Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Discounts apply to full-priced items only.
• Coupon codes are non-transferable.
• Coupon codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Promotions may be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Locations

We ship only from within Australia at this point.

Shipping Costs

By placing an order, you agree to pay the applicable shipping charges displayed at checkout.

While we take reasonable care to ensure shipping costs are calculated accurately, occasional errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before processing your order.

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.

Orders are generally dispatched on the same business day or the following business day once processing has been completed. During peak trading periods, promotional events, public holidays, or other high-volume periods, dispatch times may be extended.

Any dispatch or delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Artisans Valley is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by you, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel appears to have been lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable so we can investigate the matter with the relevant delivery provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit is limited to any compensation we are able to recover from the shipping provider.

Risk & Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address.

If you authorise your parcel to be left unattended, delivery will be deemed complete once the parcel has been left at the nominated address.

Where another person at the nominated delivery address accepts the parcel on your behalf, delivery will also be deemed complete.

Events Outside Our Control

From time to time, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect our ability to process or fulfil orders. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Severe weather;
• Natural disasters;
• Industrial action;
• Transport disruptions;
• Supplier delays;
• System outages; or
• Illness.

Where such events occur, we may delay, suspend, or cancel affected orders.

If significant delays are expected, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Product Information & Advice

Any product information, styling suggestions, recommendations, or advice provided on our Website, social media channels, or by our team is of a general nature only.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information we provide is accurate, we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or suitable for your individual circumstances.

Nothing provided by The Artisans Valley is intended to replace professional, medical, or specialist advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information provided by us.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet the consumer guarantees provided under the ACL.

Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to one or more of the following remedies:

• Replacement of the goods;
• Repair of the goods;
• Payment of the reasonable cost of repair; or
• Another remedy that we determine is reasonable in the circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Returns & Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as reasonably pssible.

Customers should notify us of any faults within a reasonable period after becoming aware of the issue.

Depending on the nature of the issue and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we may provide one of the following remedies:

• Repair;
• Replacement;
• Store credit; or
• Refund.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this Website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, and other materials, is owned by The Artisans Valley.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work together to reach a fair and efficient resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may request that the matter be referred to mediation in New South Wales, Australia.

Except where urgent interlocutory relief is required, both parties agree to attempt mediation before commencing court proceedings.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our Website.

By continuing to access or use our Website, or by placing orders after updated Terms & Conditions have been published, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund for any undelivered items.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
